Our client, a global brand agency, realised that the approach a business takes to change is often the difference between success and failure. The firm would assess an organisations ability to change through consulting on a project but without a consistent method and tooling to support them.

Solution

To help their clients understand their readiness for change, in a consistent way, we created a change tool, which tool clients through a structured process assessing readiness across 4 dimensions:

  • Culture
  • Capability
  • Purpose
  • Experience

 

Before providing an actionable report to better prepare them based on their answers. Reports were delivered as PDF and online or on a mobile device.
